To survey the current industry landscape, this comparative study examines four major players in the Automotive Rental Industry and seeks to assess their ability to successfully solve their customer’s problem of booking a reservation seamlessly and without undue complication.

Of the major industry competitors studied, five steps in the customer journey are dissected: the  Homepage, Search Results, Vehicles, Extras, and the Booking Summary. From each, key problem-solving features will first be cited and then ranked as shown.
