Introduction: Use Case

This Use Case details the design of an auto rental website enabled primarily for desktop use. The goal is to create a service that is concise, forthcoming, intuitive, and visually appealing. In the following pages, each step of the process will be shown in detail; Research, Analysis, Concept, and Design.

The research study explored here is a competitive benchmark. Additional research methods used were detailed notes taken as an observer of a usability test, as well as a usability test conducted personally.

Analysis techniques shown here include an Affinity Diagram and Customer Journey Map.

The concept components of this Use Case include a hand-drawn flow diagram and interaction diagram. The flow diagram is also rendered in Miro.

Ultimately, we enter the Design phase which showcases an interactive Figma prototype as well as hand-off annotations for the would-be programmer.
